A Sulphur man has been arrested for intentionally exposing a woman to the AIDS virus. 45 year old Brian E. Dowling, was arrested after the suspect’s family members advised the victim of Dowling’s medical status. Dowling was booked on 6 counts of intentional exposure to AIDS and third degree rape. His bond is set at $100,000.
