A Florida man has been arrested after leading law enforcement on a chase through two local parishes. 24 year old Kevin Dale Briscoe, of Jacksonville, fled from a State Trooper who witnessed him huffing…which is using the compressed gas from an air duster can to get high. He has been booked on a number of charges including flight from an officer and drug charges.
